Shi Wade is an American MC , singer, and songwriter born in Saginaw, MI, yet she is hailing out of Detroit, MI. Shi Wade has always prided herself as a Ghetto Blues artist telling real life stories from the hood. With heavy influences ranging from early 2000’s hip hop, soul , blues, R&B and pop music, would establish who she is today. Emerging into the entertainment scene during the height of the pandemic Shi Wade has had to prove herself and she has accomplished just that.
Shi Wade has opened up a new lane of music in which she describes as Ghetto Blues. Shi Wade has implemented her self to many through her music. With her first debuted song dropped in March of 2020, titled “Kno about it.” Shi Wade quickly caught the attention of hip hop artist Mo3 who stamped her ghetto blues artistry. Shi Wade then followed with a song dedicated to her hometown titled “My Tears” also dropped in 2020. Shi Wade’s most recognized song helped push her career titled “Hurtin” featuring the late Mo3 which dropped late 2021 in which she followed with her first completed mixtape titled “Ghetto Blues.” The highly anticipated single landed Wade her first distribution deal.
Shi Wade has already worked with many well-known professionals in the music industry such as Super producer Lakazz, Super producer PrimoBeatz, and TnTXD. Shi Wade is definitely a super star in the making.
