Rapper French Montana took to Instagram to announce he has received multiple platinum and gold plaques from the RIAA in recognition of his work that is truly reminiscent of his musical journey.
Full of gratitude, French shares how much every plaque received means to him while thanking his fans/supporters, and making note of some music milestones. Remember “Unforgettable” featuring hip-hop artist Swae Lee? The 2017 single is the most streamed record to ever come out of New York and is currently 12x platinum, while he has collected an additional 4 gold plaques, one of which for “Off the Rip” a single he dropped at the beginning of his career in 2013.
From the man that brought us songs like, “Moses” featuring Chris Brownand the ever-iconic 4x platinum “Pop That” featuring Drake, Rick Ross, and Lil Wayne. French Montana has proved that it doesn’t matter how long it takes you, but a matter of how you continue the hustle.
Now the rapper is taking his talents on the road with the “Gotta See It to Believe It” tour including special guests Fabolous and Fivio Foreign, powered by Live Nation this summer.
