It’s been over 3 years since Polo G released his double-platinum album Hall Of Fame in June 2021, debuting at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 with over 3 Billion streams globally to date. The album’s record breaking 6x Platinum #1 single “RAPSTAR” garnered Polo first time award nominations at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards, the 2021 American Music Awards and 2022 Billboard Music Awards. Hall Of Fame was also nominated for Favorite Hip Hop Album for the 2022 American Music Awards.
The multi-platinum Chicago native revealed the details for his new album H.O.O.D. P.O.E.T. a music documentary starring Polo G featuring an All Star lineup of guests including Glorilla, Lil Durk, Future, Offset, GHERBO, 42 Dugg, HUNXHO, The Kid Laroi and Fridayy.
With the acronym: He Overcame Obstacles During Pain Or Emotional Trauma, the album reflects everything Polo has been through grappling with the effects of mental health and trauma while doing everything he can to break the cycle and work through the complexities of healing.
Polo G has released his new single “We Uh Shoot” featuring Lil Durk, LISTEN HERE. The track will be featured on Polo’s highly anticipated new album H.O.O.D. P.O.E.T. to be released next Friday August 9th via Columbia Records.
