Hailing from the south side of Chicago, Chi City drops one of the dopest videos of the new year titled Nobody. The video is jam packed with tons of energy, a dark settled feel, and admiration shot some where deep in the woods. This record without a doubt brings back that bounce we truly miss hearing so much in Hip-Hop music.
Chi explains how the hard hitting 808 track produced by Nobody Made The Beat came about. He explains:
When I first got the track, it had a tag on it that kept saying “Nobody,” and at the time I didn’t know that was his producer tag name. When it came time to track out the beat, I was like F**k it, keep the tag in there, I gotta idea for it. So I used the sample as a part of the record and played out perfect.
