No rapper reps DC harder than Maybach Music’s own Wale, and now he may have reached a whole new plateau by meeting with the Obama’s. Yesterday, Mr. Folarin sat with the FLOTUS on a panel for the “beating the odds” summit on making a smooth transition to college. Wale later performed for the students in the audience and took a couple snapshots with the POTUS himself, which had to have been an amazing experience. This is a great moment for the culture and helps to bridge the gap even further.
