Washington, D.C. singer-songwriter Mballa drops off her newest record “Boomerang.” Being the daughter of a former Cameroonian ambassador holds a lot of weight for this world traveler. With a legacy of strength and dignity in this song she vocally expresses her displease of her lover. “Sometimes women trade in their dignity and independence for affection from a man and this was my way of saying no to that mindset,” says Mballa. The edgy Pop/R&B ballad produced by singer-songwriter Will Wildfire has mastered her true melodic power for the broken hearted. Her upcoming “Never Leave Quietly” EP will include additional features from her DiVerse Art Group label.
