Chris Waters (aka Mark Martian) out of Austin Texas is a lyricist, song writer, graphic designer, creative director, CEO and one of the founding members of Wavy Souls. Based out of Hawaii on the island of Oahu, Waters is inspired by an assortment of different genres of music ranging from Hip-Hop, Rock-N-Roll, Pop and various R&B cuts. Chris Waters plans to share his message and his story amongst the masses for those who feel alone. Over booming trap 808’s, Lo-fi, soulful, and hip hop beats, Waters studies the craft of hip hop thoroughly and turns it into his own creation.
His latest drop comes in the form of a double-visual titled “Midnight Oahu/HTFDIGIHNL.” Here’s what Chris had to say about the new clip;
“Midnight Oahu was recorded in Hawaii. Midnight Oahu is about a mesh of the crazy nights I’ve had in Hawaii as well as a battle with myself.
