J. Cole is reaching top form as an MC with his new album “The Off-Season” online everywhere now. The album kicks off with an intro from Camron who sets off a stream of hard raps over solid hip hop beats. Cole flexes a ton of new flows with a refined for throughout the album.
J. Cole usually stays away from features on his albums and breaks his own rules with this project. There are standout features from 21 Savage, Morray, Bas, Lil Baby, and 6lack who all match skills with Cole on this album. The album varies in style from smooth hip-hop with a little soul and R&B to full-on hardcore raps with J. Cole easily flowing between a lot of different styles.
