Rising Brooklyn Duo “Lonerz“ recently shared a new single and visual called “Rocksteady” ft. Poiison & Elle Greyy. With this record, Lonerz members @LonerMigzz & @Thelonereros aim to break a new genre entitled Brooklyn Pop. Overall a general upbeat pop song, the lyrics are that of a regular hip-hop track.
Brooklyn is known for starting major genres, and more recently we can identify the Brooklyn Drill wave. The Loner Tribe might be onto something with their goals to normalize Brooklyn pop as time passes, by releasing more related content and building up their musical catalog.
