Upcoming Miami Rapper G Pharrow shares new album “Pharrowland2”G Pharrow is an independent artist to watch from Miami’s hip hop scene. His latest album PHARROWLAND2 just dropped on all DSPs. He garnered initial fame from his single “41 mm” earning over 5K views on YouTube. He started his official rap career in 2017 after spending time studying the industry, going on tours, and being on the road with artists. Two years later he dropped his first record, “King Pharrow.”
Staying in tune with his influence and purpose, he talks about the meaning behind his artist name. He explains, “throughout my whole life I have been able to really captivate people unintentionally, and the pharaohs, back in the day, had all the juice, respecting people and their energy.” Pharrow has earned respect from his fans and other independent artists, who frequently compare his unique sound and style to Young Thug or Gunna.
Pharrow describes his musical style as a mixture of R&B and rap but has been dabbling in the sound engineering space, being open to any and every cadence and sound. His goal is to train his voice to be versatile and blend with any song he picks up. When asked what his creative process looks like, he reveals that “97% of my songs are freestyle. After three years of spending everyday recording, this stuff becomes easier than breathing.”
What’s in the works for Pharrow? He’s creating more music, another album and collaborating with other artists.
“I’m here to stay and I will live up to the name, you just have to understand that this is confidence by definition!”
