In recent years, Virginia has emerged as one of the biggest hot spots for hip hop, thanks in part to the work of producers and artists such as Timbaland, N.E.R.D., Clipse, and Missy Elliott who were pioneers during the new millennium. Today, top tier rappers from the Old Dominion include Fresh Porter, Young Crazy, and 804 Nano, who are known for delivering their own brand of street-oriented no frills like Pusha T.
Among the rising stars from VA is MOREDENREAL, who, while he doesn’t have a huge discography just yet, has already had numerous hits including “Black Opps” by BIG30, “Chicken” featuring Foogiano, and “Pharmaceutical.” Additionally, he recently released the song “Can I Vent” in which he boasts about living a carefree life:
A new visual for MOREDENREAL’s “Can I Vent” arrives courtesy of Jordan Gonzalez. The simple yet effective video shows MOREDENREAL flaunting his wealth in what appears to be a warehouse. A beautiful woman sits by his side in the back of his Rolls-Royce as he watches stacks of cash flowing into his hands.
MOREDENREAL previously spoke about his characteristic differences from other artists with 24Hip-Hop:
My creativity makes me different as an artist, because I can go with any flow or on any beat, freestyle or otherwise. The concept of never being satisfied also makes me unique, since I’m never satisfied with my music, and this motivates and inspires me to continue to perform.
