Buffalo, NY is the city that keeps gifting. With artists like Benny The Butcher, Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine and Armani Caesar, Buffalo has already blessed Hip-Hop culture in a major way. Now it’s time for the next wave to take center stage.
Buffalo, New York recording artist Illy Ali makes his HipHopSince1987 debut with official visuals for latest single “Blood Wit My Brothers” from his 2022 EP, Rosebuds Too. The track and video feature ½ of Illy’s group The Dignitaries, Anthymonthetrack. The two musicians are childhood friends and have an insane chemistry when placed on a track. The rap duo have been working together for over a decade, starting as members of a local hip-hop group, together making a series of mixtapes, producing for numerous artists, and performing on the college circuit. Both hail from Buffalo, NY and though this track was for Illy Ali’s solo project, the two couldn’t resist the opportunity to put this track in a chokehold.
