Today, New York City celebrity hotspot restaurant Sei Less unveiled a special, HipHop50-themed menu that pays homage to NYC hip-hop artists across different generations along with special dishes/cocktails named after those artists’ legendary hip-hop albums and songs.
As part of the announcement, food aficionados will be able to take advantage of Sei Less’ pre-fixed meal from the HipHop50 menu that includes an appetizer, an entrée and a dessert all for the price of $50. Separately, attendees will be able to order 2 premium-shelf, VIP cocktails – named after JAY-Z and Diddy’s albums and inclusive of their respective D’USSE Cognac and DeLeon Tequila brands – also for the price of $50.
For example, there’s the “Unforgettable (French Montana)” appetizer that is a crispy rock shrimp tempura, spicy aioli and cilantro that is French’s personal favorite dish each time he goes to Sei Less. There’s also the “I Like It (Cardi B)” entrée – a Beijing Chicken, red bean sauce and candied walnuts dish that the Bronx superstar ordered when she previously dined at Sei Less. For dessert, fans can munch on “The Last Temptation (Ja Rule),” which is a vanilla crème brulee with raspberry and yuzu meringue that the Queens hip-hop icon and his family have enjoyed in past settings.
The menu will be available for the entire month of August for HipHop50, so foodies will have the opportunity to eat like their favorite musicians.
