At just 13, Kyla Imani made waves by recreating Beyoncé’s “7/11” video and going viral, signaling the start of her early star-studded journey. Her remix of “Track Star: Let Him Hurt” on TikTok amassed over 115,000 videos using her sound and the hashtag #LetHimHurt and 3.2 million views on Youtube, establishing her as a rising force.

She swiftly followed with new singles, “These Boys Ain’t It” and “Big Plans” and has been tirelessly working in the studio on songwriter sessions with emerging and star artists and producers, crafting fresh and authentic material for others, while keeping some gems for herself. Now, she’s expanding her songwriter status and going artist-mode, like Muni Long and Victoria Monet, to unveil her latest release, “Chosen.” “Chosen” is the first of 5 singles Kyla will unveil this year!

Directed by Kamaleon Films, Kyla Imani transports you into a day in her world where she always gets chosen. From workout sessions to shopping trips to the city as her backdrop, Kyla Imani commands the screen in multiple looks. Kyla Imani’s songwriting abilities led to her music songwriting and publishing deal with Pulse and Grammy Award-winning songwriters and producers, Stargate, as well as made her a sought-after talent, not just as a social media influencer but also as a brand ambassador for major names like L’Oreal, Tampax, Carol’s Daughter, Adobe, GrubHub, Garage, Foot Locker, Polaroid, and Gushers.
