For an entire 10 years, Rolling Loud Miami has been proudly bringing hip-hop fans and professionals joy and opportunity. This past weekend, the festival’s community definitely set out and achieved a great time for attendees, per usual. The entirety of Rolling Loud Miami’s 10-year anniversary was nothing less than epic!
Fans are raving about the weekend, as it totally ended the year off with a bang. Full of beloved artists and encores sets, it was worth the 72 hours. To make it concise, on Day 1, Future opened with a jaw-dropping stunt, and Tyga brought on 310babii, while JT made her solo debut.
Day 2 featured heavyweights like Travis Scott, who even flew in by helicopter with Owen Wilson to perform “FE!N”. Don Toliver celebrated Offset’s birthday with a crowd sing-along, and Kodak Black wowed fans with JT and Sexyy Red. But the highlight was YG MARLEY’s emotional moment with his mom, Lauryn Hill.
Excitingly, Day 3’s Grand Finale took place as Playboi Carti took the Amazon Music stage by storm, teasing tracks from his upcoming album, I Am Music. Jam-packed with surprised guests, Lil Baby brought out Central Cee and 42 Dugg, Denzel Curry had Asap Ferg, TiaCorine, and Lazer Dim700 join him, and Rich The Kid surprised everyone with Quavo. Other notable faces included Bryson Tiller, Polo G, Karrahboo and Shaboozey.
Throughout the weekend, fans also were able to enjoy plenty of fun activations around the festival—from a sensory experience by Febreeze to a basketball court sponsored by Sprite, plus a rad skatepark by Redbull. Snipes had a graffiti wall, and Jack Daniels got the 21+ crowd involved in “Jackin for Beats.” Free services included glam by Bunny’s Bae Bar and tattoos designed by Panda.
For those who couldn’t make it out, Rolling Loud livestreamed the entire weekend on Amazon Music’s Twitch, complete with backstage artist interviews. What a weekend for hip-hop lovers! Stream full performances via YouTube today.
