C.H.A.O.S. Brings the Vibes Back With OTR: A Celebration of Culture, Creativity & Community

Atlanta is no stranger to iconic moments—and the return of OTR (Over The Rainbow) is shaping up to be the next one. Powered by the visionary collective C.H.A.O.S. (Creative Hustlers & Owners Society), this is more than just a festival—it’s a movement.

Founded in 2023, C.H.A.O.S. is a fast-growing community of entrepreneurs and creatives committed to building a new kind of social ecosystem. It’s where collaboration meets culture, and big ideas meet real execution. Their mission? To connect like-minded hustlers, amplify creators, and give them the tools to turn visions into reality.

Their breakout moment came with the 2023 debut of Somewhere… Over The Rainbow Festival, a vibrant cultural gathering that lit up the city with music, art, and purpose. Not only did it bring in a wave of fresh talent—including headliner Nivea, the R&B icon behind hits like “Laundromat,” “Complicated,” and “Don’t Mess With My Man”—it also raised awareness for HOPE Atlanta, the city’s longest-running organization supporting unhoused communities.

Now, C.H.A.O.S. is back with OTR, a mobile festival experience designed to travel coast-to-coast, spreading love, rhythm, and real community vibes. Set to pop-up in NYC, Miami, Washington D.C., Chicago, Houston, and L.A., this series leads up to the crown jewel: the annual SOTR Fest in Atlanta.

2025 Lineup: Talent Meets Vibes

This year’s OTR edition is stacked with talent. Taking the stage are:
