Rising artist group L.T.L (Larger Than Life) is making waves in the music industry with a distinctive sound that fuses dancehall, reggae, and hip-hop energy through the lens of Toronto’s vibrant culture. Comprised of members Erin B, One Don, Enzooo, Yung 2nuff, Meeko, and Jojo, the group has built a reputation for raw authenticity, high-energy performances, and music that resonates from the streets to the clubs.

For the members of L.T.L, music was never just a choice—it was an environment. From Jamaican sound systems and cousins freestyling in the yard to families rooted in bands, the collective’s upbringing naturally shaped their artistry. Erin B began writing poems for his grandmother, One Don was pushed by older cousins, Enzooo was raised in a household where recording was second nature, Yung 2nuff inherited his passion from his mother’s days in a band, Meeko’s rhythm started on school tables before the mic, and Jojo found his calling making viral riddims in Toronto.

Drawing inspiration from global icons like Jah Cure, Vybz Kartel, Chris Brown, Tory Lanez, and Wu-Tang Clan, L.T.L also acknowledges the crucial influence of their day-one supporters—the friends and community members who pushed them to take their talents seriously.

Their music has been described as “catchy, vibey, and raw”—a dynamic blend that showcases Toronto’s edge while staying true to Caribbean roots. Their creative process is spontaneous yet consistent, with sessions built around freestyles, bouncing verses off each other, and pushing creativity daily in the studio.

On stage, L.T.L has already electrified audiences across the UK and the Greater Toronto Area, from local showcases to international venues. Fans chant their lyrics word-for-word, especially when the collective performs Dagga Riddim Cypher, the breakout anthem that cemented their status as a movement.

“Social media has opened the door for us to reach a global audience,” the group shared. “We’ve seen support from all over the world thanks to the content we post, but the love starts at home. Our fans believe in us, and we tell them to believe in themselves the same way.”

Looking ahead, L.T.L has their sights set on major collaborations with Toronto heavyweights like Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR, as well as more music, visuals, and bigger stages worldwide. They also emphasize the need for more platforms and opportunities for Black and Caribbean artists in Canada, highlighting a mission to not only rise themselves but to amplify their culture.

“We’re on a mission to make Toronto’s dancehall-reggae sound a global force,” says the group. “This is more than music—it’s movement, culture, and community.”
