Cirex has released a substantial new collection of rap instrumentals on Bandcamp. The hard-edged beats span 85 to 100 BPM and draw clear influence from the New York rap tradition. Raised in Puerto Rico, the producer brings a diverse musical background to his work, with roots in drum and bass, metal, and hip hop. He previously performed in a rock band during the 2000s before fully embracing beatmaking, one of the core elements of hip hop culture.

Alongside the release, Cirex is revisiting a Myspace-era aesthetic, pairing dreadlocks with jackets and hoodies as part of a broader creative reset. The collection, titled Beatz, is available under a free-to-use license, making it accessible to artists and creators looking for raw, aggressive production.
