WILMINGTON, NC — HC9K Entertainment brought together Wilmington’s independent music scene for the HC9K 910 Summer Bash 2026, hosted at Frequency Nightclub on August 15.
The showcase featured 29 artists, giving emerging performers a chance to hit the stage, connect with other creatives and perform in front of a live crowd.
The night featured performances from IDKSHAKE, GZ, KIID IC, Infamous Sheen, AYOLEK, Zion The Lion, Omgtee, Ju Money, CBG Cetball, KatoThaDon, Laddin G, LuhKam, Glizxy, Itr Tonio, King2Tone, Retroo, Armeazy, Sahhavin, Xylo, ThatBoyTaylor, SlimCarrey, 24Kay, Rollup Ralphie, Deeboy, NenoBody, Baby Drench, OnyaIr, Big Carolina 252 and TRXP9K.
👑 TRXP9K Headlines the Night
The showcase reached its peak when TRXP9K took the stage for a 25-minute headlining performance at midnight.
After nearly three hours of performances, the headliner brought the artists and crowd together for one of the night’s biggest moments.
Following the showcase, DJ Spingawd took over at 12:25 AM, turning the remainder of the event into a closing party that continued until 2 AM.
The Summer Bash represented more than a single concert for HC9K. It showcased the organization’s growing focus on artist development, live events, promotion and building opportunities for independent artists.
With nearly 30 performers sharing one stage, the event demonstrated the energy surrounding Wilmington’s next generation of talent.
