This time last year one of the biggest moves during the NFL free agent period was when former LSU Tigers and Green Bay Packers back up Quarterback Matt Flynn was traded from Green Bay to the Seattle Seahawks to become the Seahawks new quarterback.
One year later we know Flynn never started a single game for the Seahawks after Seattle head coach Pete Carroll drafted a man by the name of Russell Wilson who almost lead the Seahawks to the Super Bowl but they ran into a better Atlanta Falcons team.
Welp, Flynn is on the move again. Earlier today the Oakland Raideres acquired quarterback Matt Flynn from the Seahawks for two draft picks, a fifth-round pick in the 2014 draft and a conditional pick in 2015.
Flynn is expected to battle Terrell Pryor for the Raiders starting QB spot if the Raiders can traded quarterback Carson Palmer to the Arizona Cardinals.
