Kanye West (WATCH: Kanye West – Black Skinhead) and fellow emcee and co-writer of his smash hit “Jesus Walks” Rhymefest have joined forces to create a youth music program called Got Bars. Gots Bars will be funded by Kanye’s non-profit organization Donda’s House (READ: Kanye West is Hiring For His New Company Donda). The program entails a 10-week program for people ages 15-24, and will start this Fall. Registration will permitted up until August 2nd.
