Saturday April 28th, Big K.R.I.T. visited Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa for a two interviews, an in-store signing and a concert with J. Cole. Big K.R.I.T. first stop in the 215 was at Temple WHIP radio station for an exclusive interview with Power Hour Muzik (full interview video coming on HHS1987.com tomorrow). Then Big K.R.I.T. sat down to do an interview with Ebony Magazine. Shortly after his interview Big K.R.I.T. had an in-store signing at Phenomenal Records located on Temple University’s campus.
After following K.R.I.T. for a few hours, I’ve noticed how humble and down to earth he is. The video doesn’t captures this, but K.R.I.T. interacted and answered every question sent his way by his fans. Instead of brushing them off he went into great detail with each response. One guy asked K.R.I.T. for a drop but didn’t have any audio device to record the drop on so walked away, K.R.I.T. told the guy to come back and record it on his phone. K.R.I.T. could of easily let the guy walk away but he didn’t, I thought that was great of him. He was so down to earth, the people who approached him with beats, and music K.R.I.T. checked to see if it had any contact information on it just in case he wanted to get in contact with the young ambitious artists or producers.
Did you know that Big K.R.I.T. produces all of his own beats?
