A video of a very young Justin Bieber has surfaced. During the clip, Bieber is caught making a racist joke while reportedly filming Never Say Never. Bieber’s friend is heard encouraging him not to complete the joke, but he does it anyway. The singer said posed the question, “Why are Black people afraid of chainsaws?” before answering “Run n***** n****** n*****.” He has yet to address the video.
