Last night (March 21st), the Washington Wizards won a much needed away here in Atlanta against the Atlanta Hawks. The Washington Wizards won the game (117-102) to reach a overall record of (35-35) as the Wizards look to make a playoff push in the East. During the game, Philadelphia native Markieff Morris was a big key to Washington’s victory. Morris finished the game with 14 points shooting (5-11) from the floor with 7 rebounds.
Following the game, HHS1987’s Terrell Thomas caught up with Markieff Morris to discuss a few things. Markieff Morris gave us some insight on the keys to the Wizards big win against the Hawks, the benefits of playing with John Wall, chasing the eighth and final seed in the Eastern Conference and his pre game playlist.
