This past Saturday, Brooklyn’s Queen B of Hip Hop, Lil Kim, made a surprise guest appearance at the heavyweight boxing match at Barclays Center. And while she walked boxing heavyweight champion, Deontae Wilder, down to the ring, Kim had the arena blasting her new single, “Spicy.” The Fabulous featured record is said to have been recorded especially for Wilder.
“I was so honored to have walked out with the heavyweight champion of the world, Deontae Wilder. To introduce my new song Spicy on one of the biggest nights in boxing history was epic. Deontay Wilder is such an amazing person and a true champion!”
Deontay recognized Lil Kim as the first female in history to walk a fighter out at a boxing match. He even posted a photo op with the Brooklyn rap royalty – as seen below. See what more he had to say about Lil Kim in his caption.
