MTV and its affiliated networks have landed the TV distribution rights to Kanye’s short film “Runaway.” According to Ye’s Twitter account, MTV BET MTV2 MTV.com BET.com VH1.com will air the short film next Saturday October 23rd @ 8pm EST. Via: RR
