Waka Flocka recently sat down to chat with Odd Future frontman Tyler the Creator for Interview magazine, where the Southern rapper expressed interest in working with Tyler.
“I’m gonna get ya’ll to direct one of my viral videos, man. It’ll be Odd Future-directed,” Waka said during their phone conversation.
Tyler has been a hot commodity since directing “Yonkers,” which Kanye West touted to be the “music video of the year.” He seemed on board to direct one of Waka’s videos, replying “Heck yeah” to the proposal.
Tyler also revealed that he and the other members are huge Waka fans, telling him they listen to “Karma” before each show to get pumped up, and LeBron Flocka James Pt. 2 is one of his favorite mix tapes.
