NFC-South-2 Countdown to the Super Bowl: NFC South via (@eldorado2452)

Atlanta Falcons
2010: 13-3.      2011: 7-9
The biggest mistake the Falcons made this offseason was drafting Julio Jones. He will be a phenomenal player and maybe even a impact player but offense wasn’t the Falcons problem. Defense, defense, defense. The birds made a small upgrade at defensive end signing Ray Edwards in the offseason. Matt Ryan will have a good year but not great and the Falcons D will once again let them down. Mike Smith better be prepared, these birds wont be rising up this year.

2010: 2-14.     2011:8-8
Boy oh boy I love this team. Cam Newton maybe just what the doctor ordered. New head coach Ron Rivera is a defensive guru and has inherited a team with a strong defense any veterans in Key positions.  The acquisition of Greg Olson and Jeremy Shockey will be huge and the re-signing of DeAngelo Williams gives Cam vets in the huddle to help groom him for success. Look for a break out season from linebacker Jon Beason.

2010: 10-6.     2011: 10-6
The Bucs are the young guns of the league. A young team with a youth coach who understands the game and what it takes to win. Raheem Morris has his team ready and focused. Rookie Daquan Bowers is a monster on Defense and Josh Freeman and Mike Williams maybe the next Montana and Rice. Yes I said Montana and Rice. Look for the Bucs to make the playoffs this year. Rest in peace to Bucs legend Lee Roy Semon.

Saints-Brees-150x150 Countdown to the Super Bowl: NFC South via (@eldorado2452) New Orleans Saints
2010: 11-5.      2011: 12-4
The Saints so how in my eyes have only gotten better. After trading running back Reggie Bush, the saints signed former charger Darren Sproles and drafted Alabama running back Mark Ingram. With a defense lead by Jon Vilma look for the Saints to beat Green Bay tonight and finish second overall in the NFC. The rest of the Saints success will rely on five words. Drew Brees and Sean Payton.
