He just dropped his first mixtape, House on the Hill, and the video for his debut single “All Star”
The Los Angeles native achieved his most recent success with producing and featuring on Island Def Jam recording artist, YG’s, debut single “Toot It and Boot It.” The record became very popular in west coast, it eventually became an anthem at LA nightclubs and house parties. With requests still flooding major markets, “Toot It and Boot It” has been a major launching pad for Ty$ not only as a producer but as an artist as well.
With Ty$’s success from “Toot It and Boot It,” he released his debut single as a solo artist which features Swedish House Mafia & Joe Moses, perfectly titled “All Star” The record was immediately picked up by LA’s Power 106 and granted regular spins at 50 plus stations in its first month. “All Star” was an instant hit with fans and is taking the club scenes by storm.
EMI Publishing had been well aware of Ty$ from his previous projects, but with the success of “Toot It and Boot It” and “All Star,” Big Jon, president of EMI Publishing did not hesitate to sign Ty$ to a publishing deal earlier this year.
