So apparently Donald Glover went ham on none other than the always entertaining Lupe Fiasco after the rapper made a joke in regards to working with him. Check out a quick recap of events below as well as my interview with with him last year!
“Childish Gambino went off on Lupe Fiasco on Twitter recently on July 27th, over comments Lupe made about how he “don’t work with blacks.” Lupe made the statement in response to a Twitter user inquiring about a possible collaboration between himself and Gambino. After Lupe’s reply, another Twitter user pointed out that he “just did a song with Wale” to which Lupe responded “Those were niggaz. Blacks and niggaz come from 2 completely different parts of the chicken.”
Gambino was obviously offended by Lupe’s words and lashed out on Twitter, by threatening to “smack him” when he sees him. Peep the tweet above.”
