HHS1987’s own BWyche catches up with Nipsey Hussle for an exclusive interview. Nipsey breaks down his mindstate behind the recording process of his “Crenshaw” mixtape. He talked about initially recording for his “Victory Lap” album and having an overflow of records left. He said a photoshoot for “Crenshaw” in block letters was suppose to be for products in his store. They seen the vision and used the font for his “Crenshaw” mixtape. Nipsey talks about what record on the mixtape having the most of his story on it and that was the “Crenshaw and Slauson (True Story).” Stay tuned for part 2 where Nipsey Hussle talks about the $100 mixtape idea and more.
