With Jody Breeze’s new project “Airplane Mode 2” out now, HHS1987 caught up with Jody to discuss the project and what we can expect. Jody Breeze dropped the second installment of his “Airplane Mode” series a twenty track project that features production from Tha Bizness, Sonny Digital and more. Jody spoke on “Airplane Mode 2” and his concept behind his latest project.
Jody Breeze also discussed life as a rookie in the game with Boyz N Da Hood and learning for Diddy back in the early 2000s. Jody Breeze came in the game in 2005 with Bad Boy South’s own Boyz N Da Hood, a group that also featured Young Jeezy. Jody spoke on working with Boyz N Da Hood and how their success helped mold him as an artist and as a songwriter.
Before wrapping up the interview, Jody Breeze spoke of the business of music and how he plans to grow as a businessman in this game. Having entered the game during a time when mixtape and compact disc was still the way people consumed music and now living in a time where the internet controls music, Jody elaborated on changing his business strategy and maintaining success in today’s environment.
