After having success on an independent level, Mac Miller decided back in late October that it was time to step it up and signed a $10 million deal with Warner Bros. Records. Many people have questioned why he would want to sign with a major label if he was already doing good on his own but in a recent interview with The FADER the rapper simply explains that he wants to reach people on more than just a social media level.
Now that Miller has all of the resources and budget he needs, he is currently working on his next record and is focusing on what he really wants to say to the world. He says that he wants to live and experience life, and since he’s able to maintain his creative control the sky is the limit for this Pittsburgh native!
