The NBA’s 2014 All-Star weekend is quickly approaching and the NBA has released the 2014 BBVA Compass NBA Rising Stars Lineup as well as the rookies and sophomores who will play in the game. Philadelphia 76ers rookie point guard Michael Carter-Williams and New Orleans Pelicans sophomore big man Anthony Davis headline the Rising Stars game and they will find out who their teammates will be as the Rising Stars Challenge Draft is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 6th on TNT while the game will be played live from New Orleans on February 14th.
