After tasting a chance to win the 2014 World Series and coming up short, the Kansas City Royal would not be denied this season. The Kansas City Royals have just defeated the New York Mets on the road in NYC (7-2) in extra innings of Game 5 of the 2015 World Series.
Eric Hosmer finished the postseason with 29 RBI, the most in Royals history. This is the Royals first World Series win in the last 30 years. Congrats to Alex Gordon, Lorenzo Cain and the entire Kansas City Royals clubhouse on winning the 2015 World Series.
