In light of the tragedy that occurred in France when famed satirical newspaper Charlie Hedbo was attacked by three Islamic militants. 12 people died from gunfire, including 4 editors over their continued portrayl of the prophet Muhammad.
To honor those who lost their lives and support the entire county during this tragedy, several NBA players donned tshirts that read, “Je Suis Charlie.”
Translated into English, it says, “I Am Charlie.
Nicolas Batum and Kevin Seraphin and others wore the shirts during warmups a few days ago.
