In this edition of Sideline Stories, we caught up with Los Angeles Lakers guard Lou Williams. As Lou and his Los Angeles Lakers teammates prepare to face the Atlanta Hawks tonight (Dec. 4th) here in Atlanta, we spoke with Lou about returning to his hometown of Atlanta and facing the Hawks and playing in front of his friends and family and more.
Lou Williams delivered some insight on what he expects the environment to be like in Philips Arena tonight. With this being Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant’s last game in Atlanta, Lou spoke on expecting a packed house filled with Lakers fans looking to see the Black Mamba one last time. Lou also discussed his new role in Los Angeles as a mentor to some of the young players, playing in the Western conference versus playing in the Eastern conference, learning from Kobe Bryant and more.
