He talks about his own label, continuing to make timeless music, and whether or not he would stay independent. Quoted from his FDM7 track “I Does Me” Buck says “they screaming Bucky get a record deal, ‘ 360 in a Porsche screaming motherfuck a record deal.” Neef explains he would only sign if he would make more money in a record deal. He talks about artists wanting the machine behind them, then they stop hustling once they get the record deal. Neef Buck talks about some independent artists making more money then artists with a deal. Some signed rappers don’t have the freedom no more, never get a chance to drop an album, and some of the label employees don’t understand how to market you once your signed to them.
Concluding the interview, Neef Buck talks about his idea of a Pa tour with Philly rapper Quilly. Although it’s not confirmed just yet, Neef explains his plan of hitting every small city in between Philly and Pittsburgh.
