Out of all rappers, Nick Cannon decides to take on the legendary Tupac Shakur. On “One Night (Tupac Interlude),” the comedian/actor/rapper drew inspiration from Pac’s “I Get Around.” The single is said to be on the tracklist for his new mixtape, “The Gospel of Ike Turn Up, My Side of the Story.” The Jahaan Sweet produced record samples a few of Pac’s lines, “Hate to sound sleazy but tease me. I don’t want it if it’s that easy.”
Channeling Pac’s poetic essence, Cannon also closes out the single with a brief spoken word piece. Take a listen to “One Night (Tupac Interlude)” below.
