Tonight, week 8 in the NFL kicks off tonight with a battle of the AFC South as the Jacksonville Jaguars head to Tennessee to face Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans.
So far this season, the NFL’s Thursday night games haven’t been that entertaining in my opinion but that could all change tonight. The Jaguars currently stand at (2-4) and things aren’t looking good for their current head coach Gus Bradley. Jaguars fans have been patiently waiting for their team to turn the corner and begin winning games. With young talent on both sides of the ball, if that doesn’t happen soon, Bradley could be fired.
For the Titans, they stand at (3-4) and they are looking to reach .500 with a win tonight. Titans QB Marcus Mariota has looked great at times from the shotgun position and behind center and that should continue tonight. Look for the Titans to get the game started by pounding the football with the running game and for Mariota to air it out as the game goes on.
I believe this will be one of those great fantasy football match ups. Look for both teams to rush for over 125 yards on the ground and for both teams to pass for 2 scoring touchdowns a piece. Mariota will pass for over 260 and Bortles will pass for over 325. Tonight however, Im going with the home team. Stay tuned to HHS1987.
