J. Dilla’s music continues to live on! This time around, a previously unreleased record titled, “Ghetto Wishing,” will be featured in Gus Sutherland’s new documentary “The Unseen: A Detroit Beat Tape.” The never-before-heard single is, like all of Dilla’s work, a classic Hop Hop gem. As for the documentary by Sutherland, it’s a compilation project that’s comprised of VHS tapes (from the mid 90’s) that delves into the roots of Detroit Hip Hop.
