Week 12 of the 2017 NFL season kicks off on this Thanksgiving Thursday with three games on Today’s schedule. The postseason is getting closer as we now approach the Holiday season and teams will be looking to end the season out strong.
Today we will see the Today begin with a NFC North matchup as the Minnesota Vikings will face the Detroit Lions. The Vikings can make a strong statement by winning this game today. Following the Viks and Lions, the midday game will be the Los Angeles Chargers heading to Jerry World to face the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys are still without running back Ezekiel Elliott who is serving a six game suspension. The Chargers defensive has been one of the best all season so Dallas’ offense could be in store for a long day.
The final game of the day is a matchup of two struggling NFC East teams, Washington and the New York Giants. The Giants could be looking to make several changes in the offseason but for now New Yorkers want something to cheer about. Although both teams playoff chances look bleak, its a divisional matchup so it should be exciting.
