The 2018 NFL Draft takes place tonight and one of the most interesting players in the draft is former Oklahoma Sooner quarterback Baker Mayfield.
Recently, I caught up with Baker Mayfield to talk his career at Oklahoma, winning the Heisman Trophy and the upcoming 2018 NFL Draft. Taking his talents from a walk out to a contender to lead his team to a NCAA National Championship, Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Baker Mayfield has had an exceptional season. Mayfield in his senior year with the Sooners passed for 41 touchdown and 4,340 passing yards. Mayfield’s talent on the field have earned him the 2017 Heisman Trophy, the Walter Camp award, Maxwell award and Davey O’ Brien award.
Before concluding our interviews, I also spoke with Baker Mayfield on earning the 2017 AP Player of the Year honors, the Sooners being “Built Different”, the Heisman and more.
