It appears the closer we get to a possible release of Lil Wayne’s upcoming project ‘Tha Carter V’, we get more and more reason to believe its coming.
Recently, the good folks at Young Money dropped what is believed to be the artwork for Lil Wayne’s upcoming project. Not only was there artwork released, we also know that the project may be dropping on September 21st.
