Recently on July 30th, Terrell Thomas caught up with Hip-Hop artist/crew Nappy Roots to discuss their latest venture.
Nappy Roots, who are natives of Kentucky are well known for their success in the Hip-Hop music world, but their new business may be what truly separates them from the pack. Terrell Thomas sat down with Nappy Roots to be educated and speak with the crew about their brewery “Atlantucky” and their ventures into the beer and craft beer world.
Nappy Roots own Fish Scale, Skinny DeVille and 808 explained this new business and their love for the crafting beer culture. The trio broke down how their mission to create their own beer began, the process of brewing the beers, touring, a few of their flavors including their ale “Watermelon Chiquen & Gritz”, their beers “The Humdinger”, “Triple Belgian, and “Young Hef” and more.
Nappy Roots spoke on their upcoming album which they are looking to drop in the first quarter of 2019, working with today’s most creative artist, their upcoming reality show “40Akerz & a Brew” and more.
