The Los Angeles Clippers are looking to lock up the 8th seed in the 2017-18 Western conference playoff picture and on Sunday April 1, the Clippers squared off against the Indiana Pacers looking to come a few games closer to that goal.

Staples Center was rocking on Sunday afternoon as the Clippers looked to pick a much needed win against the Pacers, unfortunately for Clippers fans, the Pacers had other plans.

 

Behind Victor Oladipo’s 30 point performance, the Pacers picked up a (111-104) victory against the Clippers. Oladipo’s finished the night with 30 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assist and after he performance, he was named the Eastern conference player of the week. Pacers big man Myles Turner also had a big game. Turner finished the night with 24 points on (9-15) shooting from the field with 8 rebounds. Sharp shooter Bojan Bogdanovic added 15 points and 5 rebounds.

 

For the Clippers, the lead the game most of the first half being up as many as 15 points but the Pacers stormed back before the half to make it a game again. Tobias Harris was the leading scorer for the Clippers finishing the game with 21 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assist. Lou Williams was highly effective off the bench. Williams finished the game with 20 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assist. Austin Rivers finished the night with 18 points and 7 rebounds.

 

The Clippers are looking to bounce on Tuesday as they continue their fight to make the NBA postseason.
