“It was a beat that I made maybe a year ago. When I made it, I knew that it was something kind of special. it was in that house-y world, but it also had this urban feel to it too, and I wanted to do something crazy with the feature on there. I knew that it needed something very special to kind of bring it to life, and to bring it into this.. I guess, it’s the American climate. I feel like we’re ready to dance now.”
