Nipsey Hussle’s family continues their fight in gaining custody of his daughter, Emani.
The late rapper’s brother and sister are pleading their case as to why Emani’s mother, Tanisha Foster, is an unfit parent. Nipsey’s family lawyer believe they can win the custody battle if they show Foster’s track record with other children. For one, her oldest daughter is reportedly in juvenile detention and her 17 year old son has been moving from house to house, and ditching school.
Using this information against her, Nipsey’s family claim this all proof that Foster is just unqualified to care for Emani – who is currently staying with Nipsey’s sister until a court decision is made. Their next court date is schedule for next month.
