It’s been three years in the making. But it’s finally here.
Lil Wayne’s new album, “Funeral,” has arrived – delivering 24 brand new tracks that includes features from Big Sean, XXXTentacion, Lil Baby, Jay Rock, Adam Levine, 2 Chainz, Takeoff, The-Dream, Lil Twist and OT Genasis.
Wait? No Drake or Nicki?
Apparently so. Regardless, it’s a star-studded supporting roster and Lil Wayne doesn’t disappoint on his verses. As the highly anticipated follow-up to 2018’s “Tha Carter V,” “Funeral” delivers a modern feel – “With me, what the new thing is for me is actually trying to put out music that sounds like a little more like today’s music,” shared Weezy in an interview he had with XXL Magazine last year.
