It took five years but the “No Ceilings” trilogy is now complete.
To kickstart the holiday weekend, Lil Wayne released the third installment of his decade-old mixtape series. To close out the year, Weezy recruited DJ Khaled to host the opus of 20 records that include new takes on familiar classics. From Drake’s “Laugh No Cry Later,” Jay-Z’s, “Takeover,” and Pop Smoke’s “For the Night,” there’s something for damn near everybody to enjoy.
Drake makes a brand new appearance on “BB King Freestyle,” marking his first collab with Weezy since 2017 – when they released “No Frauds.” Also appearing on the mixtape’s tracklist are: Young Thug, Cory Gunz, Gudda Gudda, and none other than Weezy’s own sons – Lil Tune and Young Kam Carter.
“No Ceilings 3” comes nearly five years since “No Ceilings 2,” over a decade since the original dropped in 2009.
Zamnnnnnnn. Well, now it’s here. Tune in below.
Enjoy!! 🤙🏾
